Exchange and Return Policy

Products ordered from our online store have a 14-day return and exchange right, starting from the receipt of the order. The return right only applies to unused and completely new, resaleable products in their original packaging. The return right does not apply to opened hygiene products. Please notify us in advance of the return of the order by email: hello@keiki.fi. We will create a return shipment for you, which you can leave at the post office or parcel locker. Remember to keep the return receipt. The processing time for customer returns is approximately two weeks, but we strive to handle returns as quickly as possible.

Returns are subject to a €6.90 round-trip shipping fee and a handling fee. If you received free delivery, the return fee is €6.90. When returning a delivered order, please include your order number and contact information. Exchange for another size or color of the same product is free once. If you want to exchange for another product or make a second exchange of the same product, you can return your order and place a new one.

There is no return right for customizable products, but they are produced only after customer approval.
