Payment for the Order

Products and their shipping costs are paid at the time of ordering. The online store's payment service providers are Klarna and Paytrail. Through Paytrail, you can use payment buttons for all Finnish online banks, MobilePay, credit cards, invoices, installment payments, and PayPal.

More information about Paytrail as a payment service provider: Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7) acts as the executor of the payment transaction and the payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will be displayed as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Delivery Fee

Your order will reach you within approximately 2-5 business days, depending on the speed of delivery from the time of payment. We are not responsible for any delays caused by Posti. If a product that is normally in stock is out of stock, you will be informed via email, and we will provide an estimate of when the order can be delivered.

Delivery costs:

  • Postipaketti (postal package) 6.90 €
  • Posti kotipaketti (home delivery package) 10.90 €
  • Orders over 79 € are delivered free of charge within Finland.
  • Posti pikkupaketti (small package) can be selected as the delivery method if the order is sufficiently small. Otherwise, the order will be delivered as a postal package to the nearest parcel locker.

Orders can also be picked up without delivery charges from Holperinkuja 38, 04680 Hirvihaara. In this case, the pick-up time must be arranged in advance by email at

Exchange and Return Policy

Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day return and exchange right, starting from the receipt of the order. The return right only applies to unused and completely new, resaleable products in their original packaging. The return right does not apply to opened hygiene products. Please notify us in advance of the return of the order by email: We will create a return shipment for you, which you can leave at the post office or parcel locker. Remember to keep the return receipt. The processing time for customer returns is approximately two weeks, but we strive to handle returns as quickly as possible.

Returns are subject to a fee equivalent to the delivery charge (small package 3.90 € and postal package 6.90 €). If you received free delivery, the return fee is 6.90 €. When returning a delivered order, please include your order number and contact information. Exchange for another size or color of the same product is free once. If you want to exchange for another product or make a second exchange of the same product, you can return your order and place a new one.

Problem Situations

If a product is lost during transport, damaged, or if the wrong product is delivered, the customer must notify us immediately at Notification of incorrect delivery or a defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the post, an immediate complaint must be made to the post office.
