Order Payment

Products and their shipping costs are paid at the time of order. The online store's payment service providers are Klarna and Paytrail. Through Paytrail, you can use the payment buttons of all Finnish online banks, MobilePay, credit card, invoice, installment payment, and PayPal.

More information about Paytrail as a payment service provider: The payment transfer service and the payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or credit card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Shipping Fee

Your order will be with you, depending on the speed, within approximately 2 - 5 business days from the payment of your order. We are not responsible for any delays by the postal service. If a product normally in stock is out of stock, you will be informed by email, and we will provide an estimate of when the order can be delivered.

Shipping Costs:

Post package €6.90 and Post home package €10.90. Orders over €119 are delivered free of charge in Finland. A Post small package can be selected as the delivery method if the order is small enough. Otherwise, the order will be delivered as a post package to the nearest parcel machine. Orders can also be picked up without shipping costs from Holperinkuja 38, 04680 Hirvihaara. In this case, the pickup time must be agreed upon separately by email at hello@keiki.fi.

For European Union countries, the shipping cost is €14.90 (6-9 business days) and orders over €119 are delivered free of charge.

For the United States, the shipping cost is $16.90 (6-9 business days) and orders over $149 are delivered free of charge.

Return and Exchange Policy

Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day return and exchange right, starting from the receipt of the order. The right of return only applies to unused and resalable products in their original packaging. The right of return does not apply to opened hygiene products. Please notify us in advance by email at hello@keiki.fi about the return of the order. We will create a return shipment for you, which can be left at the post office or parcel machine. Please remember to keep the return receipt. The handling time for customer returns is about two weeks, but we aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Our return is chargeable, and a return fee equivalent to the shipping cost (post package €6.90) will be charged. If you received free delivery, the return fee is €6.90. When returning a delivered order, please include your order number and contact information. One exchange for a different size or color of the same product is free. If you want to exchange for another product or make a second exchange of the same product, you can return your order and place a new order.

When placing an order for a personalized product, you will be provided with information and a design preview of the product before production begins. Production will only start after your approval. There is no return policy for personalized products.

Our return process is chargeable, and a return fee equivalent to the shipping cost will be charged. For orders within Finland, the return fee is €6.90. For European Union countries, the return fee is €14.90. For the United States, the return fee is $16.90. If you received free delivery, the return fee remains the same as the original shipping cost.

For unclaimed packages, the following fees will apply:

  • For Finland: €6.90 shipping fee and €14 return shipping fee.
  • For European Union countries: €14.90 shipping fee and €19 return shipping fee.
  • For the United States: $16.90 shipping fee and $24.90 return shipping fee.

When returning a delivered order, please include your order number and contact information. One exchange for a different size or color of the same product is free. If you want to exchange for another product or make a second exchange of the same product, you can return your order and place a new order.

Problem Situations

If a product is lost during transport, damaged, or the wrong product is delivered, the customer must report the error immediately to hello@keiki.fi. A report of an incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made immediately to the post office. If you wish to make a complaint about a product, please contact our customer service at hello@keiki.fi to receive instructions for the complaint.
