Terms of delivery
The products and their postage are paid when ordering. Payment service providers in the online store are Klarna and Paytrail. Through Paytrail, the payment buttons of all Finnish online banks, MobilePay, credit card, invoice, Installment payment and Paypal are available.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Depending on the speed, you will have your order within about 3-5 business days from the payment of your order. We are not responsible for Posti's possible delays.
If the product that is normally in stock is out of stock, you will receive a notification in your email and at the same time we will give you an estimate of when the order can be delivered.
Posti package €6.90 and Posti Home package €10.90, EU countries delivery €12,90. We deliver orders over €79 to Finland and EU countries free of charge.
Posti small package can be selected as a delivery method, if the order is small enough. Otherwise, the order will be delivered as a postal parcel to the nearest parcel machine.
It is also possible to pick up orders without delivery costs from the address Holperinkuja 38, 04680 Hirvihaara. In this case, the pick-up time must be agreed separately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Return and exchange policy
Our products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of return and exchange, which starts when the order is received. The right of return only applies to unused and completely new, salable products in their original packaging.
The right of return does not apply to opened hygiene products.
Please notify us in advance of returning the order by email: email@example.com. We will create a return shipment for you, with which you can leave the return at the post office or parcel machine. Please remember to keep the return receipt. The processing time for customer returns is approximately two weeks, but we strive to process returns as quickly as possible.
Our return is subject to a fee, and a return fee corresponding to the delivery fee will be charged (small package 3.90 e and Postal package 6.90 e). If you have received free delivery, the return cost is 6.90 e.
When returning a delivered order, include your order number and contact information. Changing the same product to another size or color once is free. If you want to exchange for another product or make another exchange for the same product, you can return your order and place a new order.
If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product is delivered, the customer must report the error immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the post, a complaint about the product must be made to the post office immediately.

We reserve the right to make changes to our terms of delivery. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the valid delivery conditions before placing an order.
