Keiki Concept (Business ID: 3225935-9) is a Finnish online store that sells products to adult private individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to make changes to prices and shipping costs. Ordering

Products are ordered online at www.keiki.fi. Orders are confirmed by email, which includes the order price, shipping costs, and ordered products. Orders can also be confirmed by text message, which includes a link to the order confirmation on our website. The customer agrees to the terms of delivery in force at the time of each order.

All individuals who are at least 18 years old, have a permanent delivery address, a functional email address, and order products within the delivery area of the online store can use the online store.

The customer must provide accurate information when conducting transactions in the online store. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and is obliged to notify Keiki without delay of any changes. The customer must be the legal owner of the bank/credit card used for the purchase transaction.

After placing an order, the customer receives a payment confirmation and an order confirmation by email, which includes the order number and the ordered products. The customer receives a shipping confirmation by email when the order has been shipped. The customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge before receiving the shipping confirmation by contacting customer service at hello@keiki.fi.

We reserve the right to make changes to the information on the website and are not responsible for any typographical or other errors on the site. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions for new orders without prior notice.
